Schedule:

Tuesday - Saturday. . With the availability to work overtime for emergencies or urgent events.

Behind the scenes, our Maintenance Team keeps everything running safely, smoothly, and looking beautiful. We’re looking for a hands‑on, very reliable Maintenance Technician to join our crew and help keep the fun going every day.

• Perform daily inspections and cleanings of common areas, restrooms, dining areas, meeting rooms, and offices.
• Use leaf blowers, drills, hammers, rakes, shovels, vacuums, floor scrubbers, carpet cleaners,
• Troubleshoot and repair landscaping, custodial, and basic preventative maintenance.
• Assist with seasonal projects including landscaping, snow removal, pool cleaning, power washing, and décor installations.
• Maintain a clean, organized facility and work space.
• Respond to urgent clean up calls and or maintenance requests.
• Work as part of a team or alone to ensure guest and management safety and satisfaction.

• Custodial / Maintenance —experience cleaning, floor machines, power tools, and safety procedure. Maintenance experience is a huge plus.
• Problem-solving mindset and ability to stay calm under pressure and heavy work loads.
• Ability to maintain safety and efficiency during hot summers and freezing winters.
• Proficiency in staying on task and completing daily check lists.
• Team player who communicates well with coworkers and management.
• Safety‑first attitude and willingness to follow procedures.
• Flexibility to work weekends, evenings, and holidays as needed.
• Age 18+ required to operate equipment (OSHA regulation).
