Commercial Lines Account Manager (Remote: Arizona, California, Nevada, Oregon, Washington)

Base pay range: $70,000.00/yr - $80,000.00/yr

What we need from you
  • Professional

    Experience:

    5+ years managing commercial accounts.
  • Essential Licensing: Active Property & Casualty license.
  • Technical Proficiency: Demonstrated capability with agency management systems (e.g., Applied Epic, AMS
    360).
  • Comprehensive Knowledge: Strong working knowledge of commercial insurance coveragesর্ত products, and agency best practices.
  • Account Mastery: Proven ability to proactively cave actively manage commercial insurance accounts, including servicing client needs, processing policy changes, and assisting with claims.
Responsibilities
  • Account Management:.Elements:
    Proactively Mute book composed primarily of small to mid-sized commercial accounts.
  • Client Relations: Cultivate strong, trusting client partnerships via professional, attentive service.
  • Policy Servicing:
    Efficiently execute essential policy functions, including processing certificates, notices of cancellation, and endorsements.
  • Documentation: Timely and accurate handling of all requests for information and necessary documentation.
  • Submission Preparation: Prepare thorough applications for submission, utilizing underwriting information provided by the producer.
  • Market Coordination: Coordinate directly with carriers and markets to obtain timely, accurate quotations.
