The Manager of CRM Marketing is responsible for developing and executing customer-centric, data-driven lifecycle marketing programs that drive acquisition and conversion across email, SMS, MMS, and mobile app push notifications.
Key Responsibilities- CRM Strategy & Execution
:
Develop and drive Acima’s CRM strategy across email, SMS/MMS, and mobile app push notifications, ensuring alignment with broader business objectives and flawless campaign execution. Establish a long-term roadmap that aligns CRM efforts with broader business objectives, revenue targets, and customer experience goals. - Campaign Planning & Optimization
:
Lead the strategy and optimization of automated and ad-hoc campaigns, including segmentation, messaging, and cadence. Develop a testing roadmap in partnership with CX and Product to improve performance and uncover insights. Partner with Analytics team and CRM Ops team to assess channel performance, ensuring near- and long-term KPIs are achieved. - Team Leadership

Oversee the CRM Platform Specialist’s targeting and deployments within the Zeta Marketing Platform (ZMP). Brief CRM Designer on campaign requirements and provide clear feedback on creative, messaging, branding, and performance goals. - Budget & Performance Management
:
Manage CRM channel budgets to maximize efficiency and ROI. Maintain strong understanding of industry trends, competitive activity, and CRM/CDP best practices. - Cross Functional Collaboration
:
Partner with the Product and Personalization teams to understand roadmap impacts on landing pages, UTMs, pixels, conversion events, and third-party tags. Collaborate with Growth teams to understand Acima customer journeys and product offerings, informing continuous CRM improvement.
- 5+ years of marketing experience, including CRM/CDP platform experience (e.g., Zeta, Salesforce, Hub Spot, Klaviyo) and people leadership experience (1+ years).
- Experience in fintech or retail marketing is a plus.
- Strong analytical skills, able to translate data into actionable insights and drive measurable outcomes.
- Creative problem-solver with high attention to detail, capable of managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Collaborative, results-oriented leader with a positive attitude.
- This position is in-office (Monday through Friday) in Draper, UT.
