Payroll & Benefits Manager

Location: Draper, Utah (On Site)

Job Description

Forward Health is a rapidly growing healthcare organization specializing in sleep medicine. Our mission is to empower individuals to prioritize their health and well being while building scalable, efficient clinical and administrative operations. As we continue to expand across multiple practices and states, we are seeking a knowledgeable, detail oriented Payroll & Benefits Manager to join our team at our Draper, Utah, office.

This full time, on site role is ideal for an experienced payroll and benefits professional who thrives in a fast paced, multi entity environment and enjoys building strong partnerships across the organization.

Key Responsibilities
  • Build and maintain strong working relationships with Forward Health practices and leadership teams
  • Manage end-to-end payroll processing with ADP Total Source, ensuring accuracy, timeliness, and compliance
  • Administer employee benefit programs, including medical, dental, vision, retirement plans, and leave programs
  • Serve as a subject matter expert on payroll, benefits, and leave-related inquiries, providing clear, timely guidance to employees
  • Ensure accurate payroll tax processing, reporting, and multi-state compliance
  • Identify opportunities to improve and streamline HR, payroll, and benefits processes, and assist with implementation
  • Support other HR functions as needed
  • Maintain accurate employee records and documentation in compliance with company policies and applicable laws
Qualifications
  • Minimum of 3 years of payroll experience, preferably in a multi entity, multi state organization
  • Hands on experience with ADP Total Source strongly preferred
  • Strong understanding of payroll taxes, wage and hour laws, benefits administration, and leave management
  • Proven ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines with a high degree of accuracy
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Experience supporting payroll, benefits, and leave administration within an HR department
Position Details
  • Schedule: Full time, Monday-Friday, 8:00 a.m.

    - 5:00 p.m.
  • Compensation: Salary range of $70,000-$80,000, depending on experience
  • Work Location: On site at Forward Health's Draper, Utah office
