You’ll Do
Serve as a primary HR resource for employees and leadership, addressing questions and providing guidance on policies, procedures, and complianceAssist the HR Director with employee relations issues, performance management, and coaching support for leaders and staffMaintain accurate HR records, reports, and HRIS data while ensuring confidentialityOversee benefits administration, payroll coordination, and HR program supportEnsure company policies and procedures are applied consistently and in compliance with employment lawsAssist leadership in organizational development initiatives, employee engagement programs, and HR process improvementsRequired Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or a closely-related fieldActive SHRM (SHRM-CP or SHRM-SCP) or PHR certification (required to be considered)35 years of experience in an HR Generalist roleExperience in construction, manufacturing, or field-based organizations highly preferredHands‑on experience with HRIS systems, benefits administration, and payrollStrong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneouslyStrong knowledge of employment laws, HR best practices, and compliance requirementsExcellent communication, problem‑solving, and interpersonal skillsAbility to build trust and collaborate with employees and leaders at all levelsBi‑lingual (English Spanish) preferredEqual Opportunity EmployerWe are an equal opportunity employer:
