The People Operations Specialist plays a pivotal role in the employee life cycle from onboarding to off‑boarding. This individual serves as the first point of contact for all employees and collaborates with other People functions and business units to ensure a great employee experience.

• Facilitate all employee actions (new hires, I‑9/E‑Verify, transfers, pay changes, status changes, terminations), ensuring timely and accurate completion.
• Respond to routine inquiries regarding HR matters including policies, benefits, payroll, and paid time off.
• Deliver timely and accurate processing of HR transactions and maintain customer contact until resolution.
• Educate employees on company policies, practices, and tools to encourage efficient resolution.
• Maintain integrity of HRIS (Workday) data through direct entries and periodic audits.
• Provide regular and ad hoc HR information reports.
• Coordinate new hire onboarding with Talent Acquisition, IT, Payroll, and NHO teams to ensure a seamless experience.
• Update and maintain process documentation.
• Participate in other HR initiatives and projects as needed.
• Provide immigration backup as needed.

• 3–5 years of Human Resources experience.
• Experience with Workday (maintaining employee information, creating supervisory organizations, modifying reports).
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work‑related experience.
• Strong sense of urgency and ability to drive results.
• Capacity to work under pressure, respond to shifting needs, and prioritize multiple tasks.
• High professional standards, strong customer service mentality, trustworthy with confidentiality.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
• Detail oriented – quickly identifies errors/gaps in data and workflows.

• Work shift hours: 9–5 p.m. PT.
• Interview process: 1 interview with Hiring Manager and team members.
• Hiring location:
  Draper, UT – hybrid with 3 days in office (Mon/Tue/Thu).

Compensation: $30.00 per hour
