Reviews and tracks applicant background checks and drug screens.
Ensures job applications are complete and communicates with recruiters and hiring managers about updates or disqualifications.
Conducts new hire orientation sessions twice a week or as needed, ensuring completion of I-9 forms and delivery of job descriptions.
Provides regular updates to hiring managers on candidate status regarding background and drug screening.
Coordinates onboarding with hiring managers and processes related documentation in the applicant tracking system.
Organizes payroll forms, uniforms deductions, and submits new hire information to payroll after each orientation.
Uploads new hire documents into electronic employee files and keeps orientation materials current.
Maintains compliance with HR documentation standards and coordinates onboarding with payroll administrators.
Prepares and provides new hire lists for sales training sessions.
Tracks candidate progress daily and updates HR, recruiters, and hiring managers accordingly.
Works with vendors to troubleshoot background checks and drug test issues, ensuring swift resolution.
Reviews and assesses negative background or drug screening results in line with company policies.
Performs other related duties as assigned.
Physical requirements include sitting, talking, hearing, occasional standing and walking, lifting/moving up to 10 pounds, and specific vision capabilities.
