Full time (Monday - Friday, day shift), no nights, no on-call, no weekends, no holidays.

Seeking a Clerical Documentation Assistant (CDA) who assists the provider with navigating the medical record, locating information for review and researching information as requested.

• CDAs must be present during the clinical service encounter and capture accurate and detailed documentation of the patient/LIP/Independent APP encounter in a timely manner (during the encounter or immediately following the patient encounter). The note must reflect the services provided on the date of service.
• Assist the provider with navigating the medical record
• Locate information for review
• Research information as requested by the provider
• Performs other related job functions as assigned

• EDUCATION:
  
  High School Diploma or GED equivalent required
• Medical Scribe Certification (Preferred)
• EXPERIENCE:
  
  Minimum one-year experience as a scribe or in a clinical or hospital setting required
• Medical Terminology Course Preferred
• CERTIFICATION/LICENSE:
  Medical Scribe Certification (Preferred)
