Overview
RBT. Success On The Spectrum is a national Autism Treatment franchise with a dedication to quality. Our play-based model emphasizes NET, so we take clients on field trips once per month. We also encourage high parent involvement and allow parents to watch their child’s therapy live from our viewing room.
Job Description- Full hours:
Work in the center Monday - Friday 8:00 am - 4:00 pm or 10:00 am - 6:00 pm. - Part-Time hours:
Work in the center Monday - Friday, 10:00 am - 2:00 pm. - Client material creation and preparation.
- Directly implement Individualized Treatment Plans under the direction of a BCBA.
- Incorporate sensory activities into the session (Arts/Crafts/Activities/Games).
- Record client data in the software.
- Convert appointments and write detailed SOAP notes.
- Attend weekly team meetings with the BCBA.
- Attend Quarterly in-service pieces of training and team bonding activities.
- Cleaning duties.
- Behavior Technicians have the opportunity to be promoted to Level 1, Level 2, Level 3, or a Trainer.
- As a trainer, you will have first dibs to move up as an Office Manager at newly opening locations.
- We can also accommodate BCBA interns and provide supervision hours.

Qualifications- Registered Behavior Technician.
- No criminal background.
- Excellent oral and written communication skills.
- Able to lift at least 40 pounds, sit on the floor, and be physically active.
- Report to the CEO.
- Report to the Regional Director.
- Report to Clinical Director.
- Report to BCBA.
- Salary: 18/hr. (15 until certified).
- 10 days paid vacation.
- 10 days of paid holidays.
