We’re hiring a Customer Experience & Operations Specialist to serve as a core operational anchor inside the clinic — supporting patient experience, scheduling, billing coordination, prescription workflows, and lab interpretation systems.

This is not a passive front-desk role. It requires ownership, accuracy, judgment, and operational maturity.

Hybrid Schedule

• In-office:
  Monday–Friday, 10am–3pm (Lehi clinic)
• Additional hours may be completed remotely

• Patient communication, scheduling, and coordination
• Prescription setup workflows under provider direction
• Billing support and administrative accuracy
• Lab interpretation draft creation using software tools
• System cleanliness, documentation integrity, and process improvement
• Maintaining a premium patient experience

• Organized, dependable, and detail-driven
• Comfortable operating inside systems and workflows
• Clear communicator with strong professional presence
• Learns quickly and adapts well
• Takes accountability seriously
• Healthcare, admin, or operations experience preferred

• $22–$26/hour
• 50% employer-paid health insurance
