Job SummarySeeking a Practice Manager III to provide leadership expertise to ensure all patients receive high‑quality, efficient care. We are a supportive team looking for a phenomenal addition who values patient care as we do.
Responsibilities- Plan, develop, organize, implement, and direct the day‑to‑day functions of clinics and their programs to ensure compliance, efficiency, and patient satisfaction.
- Manage staff performance: supervise, coach/counsel front office and clinical staff daily; interview, hire, and train new staff.
- Address issues raised by physicians, employees, and patients; seek appropriate leaders or partners to problem‑solve and process improve.
- Develop the practice budget, including profit and loss responsibility, revenue, expenses, and budgeting.
- Bachelor’s Degree in Healthcare Administration, Business Administration, or equivalent (experience may substitute).
- 3+ years of experience in a healthcare setting.
