Job DescriptionWe are hiring a Credit Bureau Disputes Specialist to manage complex, high-risk credit bureau dispute casework. This role is ideal for candidates with hands‑on experience working with major credit bureaus, dispute operations, and regulatory compliance within the financial services industry.
You will serve as a subject matter expert, handling escalated disputes, documenting case activity, andático supporting continuous process improvements in a fast‑paced, compliance‑driven environment.
Responsibilities- Act as a subject matter expert (SME) for credit bureau dispute operations
- Manage high‑risk queues involving credit bureau disputes and regulatory notifications
- Research, resolve, and document escalated customer disputes accurately and efficiently
- Complete customer requests through structured case management systems
- Ensure compliance with all applicable regulatory, legal, and departmental policies
- Participate in process improvement initiatives and special projects
- Provide feedback to enhance dispute workflows, documentation, and procedures
- Support QA and UAT testing
, including Metro 2 data mapping and rejection mitigation
- Experience handling credit bureau disputes required
- Prior experience working with Equifaxგაზ, Experian, and Trans Union
- Financial services or banking industry experience required
- Prior data furnishing experience preferred
- Strong analytical, research, and problem‑solving skills
- Experience with Metro 2 reporting and dispute operations
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word, and Power Point
- Experience with foundational QL, SAS, or similar data tools a plus
- Bachelor's degree preferred or equivalent relevant experience
- Competitive hourly pay up to $33.35
