JR Estimator-CAD Engineer

What You'll Do

Join our Estimating Team and play a hands-on role in quantity takeoffs, CAD drafting, and BIM modeling. You'll support the creation of site plans, grading layouts, and design graphics while helping us deliver accurate, competitive bids.

This is a great fit for someone with a background in BIM who's eager to grow into a Senior Estimator role.

You'll work with tools like Revit, Sketch Up, and CAD to support modeling, takeoffs, and construction plan development. If you're detail-oriented, deadline-driven, and ready to level up your career, this role is for you.

* Create support graphics for reports and team meetings

* Draft alignment sheets, site plans, grading, and elevations

* Perform CAD drafting and design in line with company standards

* Support assembly and review of construction plans for bid accuracy

* Provide CAD/BIM modeling and quantity takeoff support

* Manage and coordinate Sketch Up and Revit models

* Collaborate with estimators and project managers on design elements

* Assist with Revit training and ongoing team support

* Meet deadlines and maintain punctuality

Qualifications

* Associate's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Technology, or related drafting/technical training

* 2+ years of experience with Sketch Up, TEKLA, Revit, and AutoCAD

* Interest in a long-term career in estimating and BIM modeling

* Strong basic math skills and familiarity with scale rulers

* Understanding of construction and design fundamentals

* Hands-on experience with Autodesk Revit and BIM software
