Special Education​/Assistant Academic Director

As a Special Education / Assistant Academic Director, you will oversee curriculum development and support the education team in implementing best practices. Responsibilities include coordinating individual education plans (IEPs), managing teaching strategies, and offering training to staff members to enhance academic programming. You will also participate in active collaboration with therapists and staff to align educational strategies with therapeutic goals. This is a full‑time, on‑site role located in Draper, UT.

• Experience in Curriculum Development and creating educational frameworks tailored to student needs
• Strong background in Education and Teaching with the ability to engage and motivate students
• Competence in Research and analyzing academic trends to support the design of effective programs
• Skills in Training educators and guiding staff on implementing tailored instructional strategies
• Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills
• Familiarity with working in a mental health or therapeutic environment is a plus
• Relevant certifications or degrees in Special Education, Educational Leadership, or related fields
