For more than 40 years, we’ve empowered students to succeed in healthcare—and now we’re seeking a bold, collaborative Assistant Dean of Experiential Learning to lead simulation-based education within our School of Nursing. This high-impact leadership role will directly shape how future nurses learn, practice, and enter the profession with confidence.

- Lead the growth of cutting-edge simulation centers and labs
- Partner with academic leadership to align innovation with outcomes

- Advance a forward-thinking vision for experiential learning and simulation
- Integrate emerging technologies and best practices into academic programs
- Provide operational leadership for simulation centers and skills labs
- Mentor simulation leaders, educators, and staff
- Foster collaboration, innovation, and continuous improvement
- Use data and outcomes to drive quality and accreditation readiness
- Active Utah RN license
- Master’s degree in Nursing
- Passion for experiential learning and student success
- Doctoral degree
- CHSE certification (or willingness to obtain)
- 5+ years of simulation or experiential learning leadership
