Customer Service Representative

Overview

This role will support our Customer Care Department in providing exemplary customer service to any type of caller needing assistance. The ideal candidate must portray a positive and outgoing personality, effective written and verbal communication skills are critical, as well as strong phone skills. The ability to effectively manage multiple demands in a fast-paced environment is a must. The capability to work well alone or in a team environment is important as well.

• To manage any inbound and outbound calls with clear communication demonstrated.
• Being able to identify and properly assess the callers need to achieve a satisfactory resolution.
• Provide accurate and complete information by utilizing any system tools available.
• The ability to handle any customer complaint while maintaining composure and providing any alternative solutions with limits or restrictions.
• Maintaining a proper understanding of CSR expectations and delivering them in every interaction.
• Meet or exceed company performance standards for quality and speed of service to our customers.
• Willingness to learn or improve knowledge within the company’s parameters.
• Ability to multi-task, prioritize and demonstrate effective use of time management.
• Qualified applicants should possess organizational skills as well as the ability to make independent decisions.
• Must be very detail oriented.

• Bilingual (Spanish/English)

• Customer service experience.
• Basic computer skills.
• Excellent phone and communication skills.
