* Perform concrete quantity takeoffs and help develop accurate cost estimates.
* Research pricing for materials, vendors, equipment, and subcontractors.
* Help assemble portions of bid packages and proposal documents.
* Learn the "why" behind estimating - how to think through labor, productivity, risk, and competitiveness.
* Support the estimating team wherever needed as you grow your skills. What You Bring *
- A degree in Construction Management or Civil Engineering
* 2-4 years of related experience (internships, field roles, or coursework count!).
* Ability to read basic plans or eagerness to learn quickly.
* Strong math and problem-solving skills.
* A proactive, "put me in coach" attitude and desire to build a long-term estimating career.
