The Sales Coordinator will provide essential support to the Sales and Retail Media teams to help accelerate growth across key marketplace and dropship accounts. This position plays a pivotal role in ensuring product catalogs for these accounts remain accurate and up to date, coordinating monthly marketing updates for priority partners with internal stakeholders, and collaborating with both internal and external teams to ensure SPA and banner campaign performance goals are achieved.
The ideal candidate is highly organized, detail-oriented, comfortable working in a fast-paced environment, and demonstrates strong proficiency in Excel.
- Conduct monthly audits across marketplace and dropship accounts to ensure product listings, pricing, inventory, and merchandising accurately reflect current assortments and brand guidelines.
- Assist with item onboarding, content submissions, and assortment maintenance for retail partners.
- Collaborate with the internal operations team to ensure inventory is properly allocated to wholesale orders ahead of requested ship dates.
- Partner with the Creative and Ecommerce teams to update and refresh banners, hero images, storefronts, and PDP content for top marketplace and retail accounts.
- Coordinate seasonal storefront updates, promotional assets, and brand refreshes across key partners.
- Ensure all product detail pages (PDPs) adhere to retailer standards and deliver a best-in-class customer experience.
- Support the Sales Manager with ad-hoc reporting, sales recaps, and business insights as needed.
- Maintain internal tracking tools and documentation related to promotions, content updates, inventory actions, and account communication.
- Work cross-functionally with internal teams to keep go-to-market (GTM) materials up to date for the sales team, including customer‑facing price lists, buyer guides, and the B2B site.
- 1–3 years of experience in ecommerce or marketplace account support.
- Required:
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (VLOOKUP, pivot tables, data cleaning, formulas). - Experience with Walmart Seller Center/WFS is a plus.
- Strong attention to detail with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Excellent communication, organization, and cross‑functional coordination skills.
- Experience with ecommerce tools or PIM platforms is a plus.
- Proactive problem solver who can identify issues and recommend solutions.
- Comfortable working in a fast‑paced, deadline‑driven environment.
- Collaborative mindset and eagerness to learn and support multiple facets of the business.
