. We partner with hospitals, health systems, and medical facilities across the U.S. to deliver high-quality physician coverage where and when it’s needed most.
We’re seeking a Recruitment Operations & Sales Manager to lead and develop a high-performing team made up of Healthcare Recruiters and Client Representatives
. While these teams have different day-to-day responsibilities, both function as revenue-driving sales roles focused on physician placements, client satisfaction, and long-term partnerships.
This role is ideal for a hands-on leader who understands the pace and complexity of locum tenens staffing and can drive results through structure, coaching, accountability, and strong operational execution.
What You’ll DoSales & Recruitment Leadership
- Lead, coach, and manage Healthcare Recruiters and Client Representatives as a unified sales team.
- Own performance outcomes across recruiting activity, client development, physician placements, and revenue generation.
- Set clear expectations and ensure alignment across recruiting and client-facing functions.
- Monitor daily KPIs, production metrics, and pipeline activity to drive consistent performance.
People Management & Development
- Hire, onboard, train, and develop team members.
- Conduct regular 1:1s, team meetings, and coaching sessions focused on skill development, execution, and results.
- Create and manage individual performance plans, weekly goals, and development plans.
- Address performance issues proactively, including performance improvement plans when needed.
Operations, Process & Systems
- Train teams on recruiting and sales best practices, workflows, and internal systems, including Salesforce-based ATS tools.
- Partner closely with executive leadership to assess team strengths, gaps, and growth opportunities.
- Ensure adherence to company processes, expectations, and quality standards.
- Continuously evaluate and refine operational processes to improve efficiency and outcomes.
- Foster a high-performance, accountable, and growth-oriented team culture.
- Lead with professionalism, consistency, and transparency.
- Collaborate cross-functionally to support organizational goals and business growth.
- Proven experience managing recruiting, sales, or recruitment-sales teams
. - Healthcare staffing or Locum Tenens experience strongly preferred
. - Strong coaching, leadership, and performance management skills.
- Ability to balance strategic thinking with hands-on execution.
- Excellent communication, organizational, and decision-making abilities.
- Comfort working in a fast-paced, metrics-driven environment.
- Proficiency with CRM/ATS systems and standard business tools.
- Familiarity with medical or physician staffing terminology is a plus.
