The Impact You’ll Make in this Role
  • Applying advanced administrative and coordination skills to complete activities.
  • Acting independently on standard procedures and managing non‑routine situations through interpretation of office guidelines and administrative practices.
  • Proposing and implementing solutions to administrative concerns.
  • Providing regular guidance and instruction on work procedures and policy to support personnel.
  • Crafting electronic presentations using raw material and other resources.
  • Conducting more difficult assignments with minimal supervision.
Your Skills And Expertise

To set you up for success in this role from day one, Solventum requires (at a minimum) the following qualifications:

  • Possess a High School Diploma/GED or higher (completed and verified prior to start) from an accredited institution
  • Minimum of five (5) years of experience with Word, Excel, and Power Point
  • Minimum of five (5) years of combined experience as an Administrative Assistant and/or Executive Assistant in a private, public, government, or military environment
  • Minimum of five (5) years of experience with Executive and Client relations in a private, public, government, or military environment
  • Minimum of five (5) years of experience with meeting scheduling and coordination
Additional qualifications That Could Help You Succeed Even Further
  • Minimum of five (5) years of experience with office projects, event activities, and guiding the work of others
  • Certified Professional Secretary (CPS) certification
  • Post‑high‑school specialized training and/or core college‑level coursework
