WhatYou’ll Do
Act as direct operational leverage for the CEO by anticipating needs, resolving issues, and reducing cognitive load.
Own executive logistics end-to-end, including inbox, calendar, meeting preparation, and follow-through.
Ensure the CEO is consistently the most prepared person in every room through disciplined prep, notes, and context.
Use Click Up as the system of record to manage priorities, action items, deadlines, and execution.
Translate executive intent into clear, accurate requests that retain full context as they move across the organization.
Enforce executive-office standards for professionalism, preparation, and follow-through.
Close loops independently and escape only what truly requires executive judgment.
Lead with urgency, precision, and follow-through.
Can walk into a new environment and make an immediate, visible impact.
Are comfortable operating with high trust and high accountability.
Think several steps ahead and solve problems before they surface.
Understand discretion as a baseline requirement, not a preference.
Believe executive support is a craft that requires judgment, discipline, and composure.
Prefer working fully in-office and understand why proximity matters at this level.
Need extensive onboarding or constant direction to be effective.
Confuse access with authority or visibility with impact.
Avoid accountability or hesitate to make decisions.
Struggle with prioritization or emotional regulation under pressure.
Expect remote or hybrid work.
Are still learning the fundamentals of executive support.
Demonstrated experience supporting a CEO or senior executive in a high-expectation environment.
Strong working knowledge of Click Up or similar project management tools used at an advanced level.
Clear communication, sound judgment, and consistent follow-through.
Operational discipline and a bias toward execution over explanation.
Cultural alignment with ownership, speed, candor, and precision.

Minimum QualificationsProven experience as an Executive Assistant to a senior executive.
Demonstrated ability to manage complex priorities and workflows independently.
Operational discipline and a strong bias toward execution.
Ability to work fully in-office in Salt Lake City.
Experience supporting founders or CEOs in fast-growth or high-accountability environments.
Background in operations or project management.
Experience stepping into ambiguity and creating structure quickly.
Demonstrated ability to enforce standards while maintaining trust.
