Responsibilities
- Reviewing outstanding accounts receivable to determine validity and accuracy
- For items that need to be adjusted should know the basic accounting to correct the sub ledger
- Help establish best practices for accounts receivable reconciliation
- Collaborate with different business partners to determine root cause of sub ledger posting issues
- Compare and explain differences between different data sources as it relates to accounts receivable
- Bachelor's degree preferred or equivalent experience
- Evidence of exceptional ability
- 3-5 years of experience in accounting or accounts receivable role
- Previous experience with data validation and analysis preferred
- Intermediate Excel skills preferred
- Attention to detail required
- Comfortability learning new software/tools with minimal supervision
- Professional written and verbal communication skills required
- Attitude is everything. Must be open to learning, collaborating, and helping where needed
- Regular, reliable, and predictable attendance required
