Hey there! We're on the lookout for an experienced Line Cook to join our team! As a Line Cook, you'll be responsible for preparing and cooking a variety of dishes that will delight our restaurant guests.

We're seeking someone who's passionate about creating exceptional dining experiences through good, quality food. With previous experience as a cook, you should be able to juggle multiple priorities and contribute to a friendly and productive team atmosphere. Ideally, you'll have your Serve Safe or Food Handler’s certification.

• Inspect and clean food preparation areas.
• Ensure the freshness of food and ingredients.
• Regulate the temperature of ovens, broilers, grills, and fryers.
• Cook and season food according to recipes or personal judgment and experience.
• Respond to guest feedback with appropriate urgency and professionalism.

• Ability to lift 30+ lbs and work standing for 8+ hours.
• Previous experience as a restaurant cook.
• Effective communication skills.
• At least 16 years of age.
• Passion for good food and exceptional hospitality.
