Residential Director

Little Heroes Home is a Group Home treatment setting for latency-aged clients that specializes in trauma-informed care. Little Heroes provides 24-hour comprehensive care including a full clinical staff, nursing staff, and direct care staff.

The pay range for this position is $60,000 to $77,000 per year. The listed range reflects what we reasonably and in good faith expect to pay for this role at the time of posting the position. The actual compensation an employee is offered may vary based on several factors such as experience, education, licensure, certifications and qualifications. This range may be modified in the future.

Due to the nature of our work and the youth who are depending on us, there are times where overtime may be mandated.

• Oversee the Residential Department with the Senior Residential Department members and provide care and treatment of our clients.
• Ensure all Residential systems are followed and completed on a daily basis and provide on‑call coverage.
• Provide constant oversight of scheduling procedures; ensure staffing ratios are met at all times and make accountability and disciplinary decisions as needed for all Residential Staff.
• Lead residential meetings and trainings, and run residential shifts when needed.

• Must be 21 years of age.
• Bachelor's degree is preferred.
• 3-5 years in a Supervisor/Management role in a residential or mental health program required.
• On-call responsibilities; at times you may be required to work overtime.
• Maintains valid driver’s license as transporting clients is required.
• At JRI, you will learn to provide physical interventions and verbal de-escalations to provide the safest therapeutic atmosphere for our clients.
• Background and driving record checks will be performed.
