Residential Counselor

We are looking for a passionate and energetic Residential Counselor to work in our 24‑hour Group Home treatment setting for adolescent clients. The role requires a dynamic team player who brings a positive approach while working with clients.

• Sunday – Thursday (Sunday 6:30 AM – 2:30 PM, Monday – Thursday 6:00 AM – 10:00 AM)

• $19.00 – $25.00 per hour
• Overtime may be mandated as required by the nature of the work.

• Develop skills in providing enriching daily activities for clients such as arts & crafts, recreational activities, off‑site field trips, and more.
• Create a safe and therapeutic community by supporting clients in developing and modeling effective coping strategies.
• Help clients discover competence and value by working with them to develop life skills such as cooking, banking, vocational skills, and more.
• Support clients in developing a sense of self and preparing them for successful next steps.

• Must be at least 21 years of age.
• Maintain a valid driver’s license (transporting clients required).
• Available to work evenings, holidays, and weekend shifts as required.
• Ability to provide physical interventions and verbal de‑escalations to maintain a safe therapeutic atmosphere for clients.
• Background and driving record checks will be performed.
