Summary: The Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) will provide health services and direct care to individuals with disabilities living in a residential program. In addition, the incumbent will provide advocacy and liaison with community health care providers, monitoring medical records, and medication administration.
Schedule:
Friday 11:00 AM - 11:00 PM, Saturday 3:00 PM - 11:00 PM, Sunday 9:00 AM - 5:00 PM (28 hours)
Essential Duties and Responsibilities Include:
- Individual client assessment
- Review of routine and other physical exams
- Review of physician-ordered treatments
- Assurance of treatment follow-up and coordination of medical and psychiatric care
- Maintenance of medical charts.
- Other duties as assigned
