We are seeking a fully licensed and experienced Business Attorney who is looking for an opportunity to achieve greater independence and establish a partnership. The ideal candidate will possess a comprehensive legal background, demonstrate strong negotiation skills, and have a passion for developing a collaborative and autonomous practice.

* Responsibilities
* * Provide legal counsel on a broad range of business-related matters, including estate planning, environmental law, immigration law, landlord-tenant law, family law, securities law, workers' compensation law, personal injury law, tribal law & regulations, litigation, and patent law.
* Conduct thorough legal research utilizing tools such as Lexis Nexis and Westlaw to support case strategies and legal opinions.
* Draft and review legal documents, contracts, pleadings, and correspondence with precision and clarity.
* Negotiate on behalf of clients to reach favorable agreements while maintaining professional integrity.
* Manage multiple cases or projects simultaneously with attention to detail and adherence to deadlines.
* Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, providing strategic advice tailored to their specific needs.
* Stay current with evolving laws and regulations affecting various practice areas through continuous research and professional development.
* Qualifications
* * Fully licensed attorney with active bar membership in relevant jurisdiction(s).
* Proven experience in estate planning, environmental law, immigration law, landlord-tenant law, family law, securities law, workers' compensation law, personal injury law, tribal law & regulations, litigation, or patent law.
* Proficiency in legal research platforms such as Lexis Nexis and Westlaw.
* Excellent writing skills with the ability to produce clear and effective legal drafting.
* Strong negotiation skills coupled with the ability to advocate effectively for clients.
* Background in legal administrative tasks including case management and documentation organization.
* Demonstrated ability to work independently while managing multiple priorities efficiently.
