POSITION SUMMARY:
The Workforce Compliance Coordinator provides oversight and monitoring of grant programs and training providers, ensuring compliance with requirements regarding Board of Directors, PA Career Link® Bucks County partners, and state and federal labor agencies. This role is responsible for ensuring organizational adherence to all Equal Opportunity (EO) and Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA) laws, regulations, and standards. The position prepares and submits compliance documentation on behalf of the workforce staff.
The role also supports key administrative functions.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Monitors and ensures (with Site Administrator) site is compliant with all Equal Opportunity/Americans with Disabilities Act (EO/ADA) laws.
- Coordinates EO activities and maintains an open line of communication with the Equal Opportunity Specialist (from the Office of Equal Opportunity) on matters involving EO/ADA compliance.
- Interfaces with all employees to ensure a thorough understanding by staff of all EO/ADA laws and requirements and provides training to local office staff on EO/ADA regulatory requirements.
- Resolves EO complaints informally or refers them to the Equal Opportunity Specialist (from the Office of Equal Opportunity and maintains Complaint Log.
- Provides complaint forms to those wishing to file a complaint and reviews the form with the individual for proper completion and then submits the complaint to the Equal Opportunity Specialist.
- Assists during Compliance Reviews and functions as the contact person regarding the Americans with Disabilities Act, Section 504 of the Rehabilitation Act of 1973 and Section 188 of the Workforce Innovation and Opportunity Act.
- Disseminates information and updates sent by the Office of Equal Opportunity to PA Career Link® employees
- Serve as lead monitor for grant programs and training providers.
- Submit resolution requests for Notices of Obligation, contracts and other items as required by the department via OnBase.
- Perform Personnel Actions for current and new employees in Lawson ERP system.
- Responsible to ensure compliance regarding Board of Directors members and PA Career Link® Bucks County partners.
- Point of contact for PA Department of Labor and Industry and US Department of Labor regarding compliance monitoring and main point of contact for document submission.
- Aid in completing compliance based documentation including but not limited to: annual audit form, annual inventory form, grant agreements and MOUs.
- Enter payroll on a bi-weekly basis.
- Other duties assigned, based on the compliance needs of the department.

- Bachelors degree required.
- Experience with WIOA grant funding preferred or 5+ years of demonstrated grant compliance experience.
