Front of house/catering assistant. To provide excellent customer service and support the smooth running of front-of-house operations within the Finnebrogues state of the art canteen. This role involves preparing and serving food and beverages, maintaining a clean and welcoming dining environment, and ensuring a positive experience for all staff and visitors.

• Greet and serve customers in a friendly, professional manner
• Assist in the preparation and presentation of food and beverages
• Operate tills, handle cash/card transactions, and maintain accurate records
• Maintain high standards of hygiene and cleanliness across food service and seating areas
• Replenish food counters, fridges, and condiments throughout service
• Support kitchen team when required (e.g., basic prep, restocking)
• Ensure compliance with food safety, hygiene, and health & safety procedures
• Assist with setting up and clearing down all front-of-house areas
• Provide excellent customer care and respond to guest needs promptly
• Work as part of the catering team to deliver consistent service quality

Monday to Friday. 7.30am
-4pm.
