Office Administrator/ Coordinator
The Client: Local Healthcare body based in Downpatrick, serving local residents.
The Role- Carrying out arrears prevention with the use of HMS
- Liaising with other departments in relation to tenants Universal Credit/HB
- Assisting vulnerable tenants with rates applications
- Setting up DD in line with policy
- Monday to Friday
- 4 GCSEs at grades A-C including English Language and Mathematics or equivalent/higher qualification AND 2 years' experience in same/similar role
- OR
- 5 years' experience in same/similar role
- Proficient in the use of Microsoft Office applications
- Experience working in a front line environment
- Well developed organisational skills with the ability to prioritise workload and complete tasks within tight deadlines
- Ability to use own initiative
- Excellent communication skills both written and oral to meet the needs of the post
- Rates of pay £14.35 per hour
