THE EMPLOYER IS: STRUELL CONTRACTS NI LTDThe Tender Submission Assistant will support the preparation, compilation, and submission of tender and pre-qualification documents across public and private sector projects. The role requires a highly organised individual with excellent attention to detail to ensure all tender submissions are accurate, compliant, and submitted within strict deadlines.
Responsibilities- Assist with the preparation and submission of tenders, PQQs, and framework applications.
- Collate information from internal teams and external suppliers to support tender responses.
- Format, proof read, and quality-check tender documents to a professional standard.
- Ensure all submissions comply with client requirements and instructions.
- Maintain tender trackers, document libraries, and version control systems.
- Upload and submit tenders via e-tendering portals such as eTenders
NI, eTenders, or similar platforms. - Manage deadlines and ensure submissions are completed on time.
- Support the review of contract documents, schedules, and supporting evidence.
- Liaise with internal stakeholders to gather technical, financial, and compliance information.
- Archive completed tenders and maintained records for future reference.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Word and Excel, is essential, along with the ability to format documents to a high professional standard.
- Ability to follow detailed instructions.
- The ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
- Experience with eTenders, eSourcing and Multi Quote.
- Experience in PPQs.
