- When assigned to the sales floor: Drive store sales by personally selling to customers; proactively engage with customers; read cues and respond effectively; provide customers with the right bra fit by asking effective questions; convert returns, offers and other promotions into larger sales.
- When assigned to the cash wrap: Deliver a friendly and efficient cash wrap experience; process transactions accurately; reinforce buying decisions at checkout and encourage additional purchases; recover cash wrap selling zone and go-backs.
- When assigned to processing and replenishment: Process merchandise to be floor ready; maintain back room and under stock to brand standards; replenish merchandise to brand standards; assist with other projects including markdowns, re-tickets, and stock issues.
- When assigned to floorset activity: Execute floorset proficiently; adhere to brand standards; assist with back room and under stock maintenance.
- Drive top-line store sales results and grow the business
- Maintain focus on bras as the premier product differentiator
- Prepare for each shift by knowing sales, promotions, and procedures
- Recover and replenish merchandise
- Adhere to visual merchandising standards
- Assist in housekeeping and report maintenance issues

- Role requires the ability to lift and carry up to 40 pounds, with frequent bending, stretching, walking and prolonged standing

Minimum salary: $17.00;
Maximum salary: $20.75. Your actual salary will be determined by factors including skills, experience, and geography.
