We’re looking for a top‑notch,
Temporary
Sonographer to provide General, Vascular, and Breast ultrasound procedures at 2 PCPs located in the Long Beach, CA and Downey, CA area. This individual will be joining well established, forward‑thinking practices that have expanded their diagnostic service offerings to include ultrasound imaging. Our ideal candidate is detail‑oriented, flexible, and experienced in General, Vascular, and Breast ultrasound.

• Schedule:
  
  Monday‑Friday, 8:00am‑5:00pm PST currently anticipated to provide coverage from April - August 2026 (subject to change according to business needs)
• No night or weekend coverage and no on‑call requirements
• Primary care facility setting – 3 days a week at Downey + 2 days a week at Long Beach

• Perform General, Vascular, and Breast ultrasound procedures independently with remote support
• Complete preliminary reports for interpreting physician review
• Assist patients from check‑in through exam completion and provide white‑glove, compassionate service
• Operate as an Imagen liaison for the practice, building relationships with your patients, office staff, and medical providers

• Hold a certification in at least one of the following registries
• General Ultrasound: ARDMS – (AB), (OB/GYN), (BR) or ARRT - RT(RDMS) and/or
• Vascular Ultrasound: ARDMS – RVT (VT), ARRT – RT (VS), or CCI – RVS
• Have at least 12 months clinical ultrasound experience in General, Vascular, and Breast Ultrasound
• If you are not certified in all three registries listed above, you are able and willing to participate in training that the practice would provide to become proficient in additional ultrasound procedures
• Are able to lift equipment and/or assist patients onto the exam table as needed

Hourly rate for this position is $45.00 to $60.00 per hour. The hourly range is a guideline; individual total compensation will vary based on qualifications, skill level, competencies, and work location.
