Argus Medical Management is a physician practice management company that has served physician communities in the greater Long Beach, Los Angeles, Orange County, and Inland Empire areas for 30+ years. Argus Medical provides comprehensive billing and management services which include contracting, credentialing, HR services, accounting, etc. to support Physicians in private practice.

We currently have an opening for a Full-Time Medical Assistant Combo
. Experience in Pain Management preferred.

Job Type: Full-Time, Direct Hire

Pay: $21-23 per hour

Hours:
Mon-Fri, 8 hours shift

• Welcomes patients and visitors by greeting them, in person or on the telephone, answering or referring inquiries.
• Optimizes patients' satisfaction, provider time, and exam room utilization by efficiently scheduling appointments.
• Keeps patient appointments on schedule by verifying patient insurance benefits and eligibility prior to the appointment; preparing necessary documents
• Maintain optimum patient confidentiality and safety.

• Room and take patient vitals
• Review medical history
• Administer injections and/or draw blood
• Assist the provider with patient care
• Perform other duties as assigned

• At least 2 years' experience in front and back office, required
• Bilingual Spanish, required
• Pain Management experience, preferred
• MA Certified
• CPR Certified
