Primary Care Physician Los Angeles Metro Area $340K+ Total Compensation $20K Sign-On Bonus Were seeking a mission-driven Primary Care Physician to join a well-established, value-based care organization in the greater Los Angeles area. This is an outpatient-only position focused on delivering high-quality, patient-centered care to an adult and senior population.

Schedule:

Monday Friday, 100% outpatient, no nights or weekends

Patient Load:
Manageable daily census emphasizing quality over volume

Support:
Work with a collaborative care team including NPs, MAs, and health coaches

Mission:
Deliver care focused on prevention, chronic disease management, and population health

Your Role Provide comprehensive primary care to adult and senior patients in an outpatient setting

Manage acute and chronic conditions while focusing on preventive medicine and wellness

Partner with care teams to meet quality metrics such as HEDIS and STAR measures

Participate in daily huddles, team meetings, and ongoing process improvement efforts
