Parts Counterperson

Description Responsibilities

• Provide and sell automotive parts and accessories to customers over the counter and over the phone while delivering exceptional customer service.
• Manage wholesale accounts by taking orders and ensuring timely and accurate fulfillment for dealerships and repair shops.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with wholesale customers.
• Process customer orders and recommend additional related repair items.
• Pull and fill orders from stock, verifying accuracy and inventory levels.
• Oversee the parts sales process from start to finish, ensuring a seamless customer experience.
• Pull and organize parts daily for service department repair orders, supporting efficient workflow and reduced downtime.

• Prior automotive dealership parts experience is required, with at least 1 year of experience as a Parts Counter Sales, or in Wholesale.
• Must be a team player.
• Provide excellent customer service.
• Able to multi-task in a fast-paced work environment.
• Must be detail oriented with strong organizational skills.
• Must have and maintain a valid driver's license with an acceptable driving record.
