As a Design Consultant you will assist clients put the perfect custom window treatments in their home. We give you the confidence and security to be successful! • The ability to build relationships, confidence & trust with customers
• Conducting in‑home design consultations to identify the right product to match the customer's personal style, functional needs, and budget
• Excellent communication skills
• Results driven and competitive
• Reliable transportation, valid driver's license and proof of insurance
• Experience in window treatments and/or interior design a plus or sales experience for other home improvement/design product lines
• Familiarity with multiple technology platforms and software, such as Outlook, Word, CRM, and online resources
