Overview

As the Senior Major Account Sales Executive, you will play a pivotal role in driving our new business strategy and managing interactions with existing customers to boost sales of our products and services. Your focus will be on selected large accounts, aiming to increase market share while integrating solutions across all business lines.

Responsibilities
  • Drive the identification and cultivation of new business sales relationships within assigned areas.
  • Achieve or surpass established sales targets by promoting Sharp technology solutions and services.
  • Collaborate internally with sales, operations, and service teams to ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Arrange weekly client meetings either in-person or virtually.
  • Conduct prospecting activities to uncover sales opportunities with both new and existing SBS clients that align with major account market profiles.
  • Deliver executive presentations by translating assessments into compelling business cases, articulating benefits in terms of financial justification, quality improvement, performance enhancement, and uptime.
  • Develop benchmark demonstrations, proposals, and value propositions that exceed customer requirements, resulting in new customer acquisitions and existing account retention.
  • Consistently meet monthly revenue goals.
  • Foster seamless collaboration with internal teams to guarantee exceptional customer satisfaction.
  • Take the lead in scheduling and conducting regular client meetings to actively pursue sales opportunities.
  • Utilize advanced CRM tools to meticulously manage and track sales activities, keeping a well-organized and high-velocity sales pipeline.
  • Provide real-time updates to senior management on prospecting efforts, sales pipeline status, and client interactions, showing initiative-taking sales behaviors.
  • Deliver impactful proposals and presentations displaying the undeniable value of Sharp Technology Solutions.
  • Lead the entire sales process from pre- to post-sale, ensuring smooth implementation of client solutions.
  • Exceed monthly revenue goals through assertive and strategic sales tactics.
  • Take ownership of organizing and executing post-sale delivery and implementation of SBS solutions at customer locations, proving initiative-taking sales behaviors.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree or relevant sales experience preferred.
  • 5-7 years of outside B2B enterprise sales experience in technology preferred, displaying assertive sales behaviors.
  • Minimum of five or more years of field and corporate experience with software and/or network sales and technical support.
  • Experience specifically with pre-sales and sales support activities, as well as service-related support issues.
  • Demonstrated experience confidently engaging with senior-level decision-makers, showing assertive and persuasive communication skills.
  • Proficient in MS Office applications and adept at using virtual meeting platforms to assertively drive sales discussions.
  • Familiarity with  or similar CRM systems, enabling assertive management of sales activities and pipelines.
  • Possession of a valid US driver’s license and access to a reliable vehicle for daily travel, embodying the initiative‑taking and assertive nature of a successful sales professional.

Compensation

The potential first-year earnings at quota for this role is $146,000 - $163,500. Pay is made up of base salary, commissions, and bonuses. This role is also eligible for the company’s prestigious Million Dollar Sales Club and President’s Club. The starting base salary will be determined by several variables, including but not limited to experience, education, training, certification, and location with a range from $55,000 - $79,750.
