You will work as part of a team, having new and inspiring interactions with guests and team members alike daily, and help ensure every Egg Harbor guest leaves fulfilled, accomplished, and excited to return tomorrow.
We cannot function without our dishwashers and have so much appreciation for the job they do.
Shifts start and end early, so you’ll never work eduling is generally flexible, although our busiest days are weekends and holidays. We are closed on Thanksgiving and Christmas Day.
QualificationsLooking for someone who enjoys working in a team‑oriented environment. The ideal candidate has a positive attitude, is flexible, energetic, dedicated to achieving goals, energizes in the morning, genuinely enjoys being around people, is motivated to learn and grow, honest, has a strong work ethic, is responsible, trustworthy, prompt, reliable, and self‑motivated.
Responsibilities- Take on janitorial and supportive kitchen tasks, such as emptying trash receptacles, cleaning appliances, sweeping and mopping floors, restocking kitchen items.
- Place clean dishes, utensils, or cooking equipment in storage areas.
- Maintain kitchen work areas, equipment, or utensils in clean and orderly conditions.
- Clean garbage cans and floor mats with water or steam.
- Sort and remove trash, placing it in designated pickup areas.
- Maintain and take care of the dish machine.
- Understand good sanitation practices with respect to health department and Hamco standards.
- Maintain great working relationships with all members of the team and communicate efficiently and positively.
