Glanbia Performance Nutrition (GPN) is seeking a dynamic and strategic Vice President, Product Supply to lead manufacturing, customer service, and warehouse/logistics operations across the Americas. This pivotal role will drive operational excellence, innovation, and scalability in support of GPN’s ambitious growth agenda.

As a key member of the GPN Americas Leadership Team, you will:

• Oversee all aspects of supply chain management, manufacturing, logistics, and operational strategy across the region.
• Champion operational transformation and continuous improvement.
• Foster a culture of collaboration, agility, and high performance.
• Play a succession role for the Global Chief Supply Chain Officer.

• Lead and optimize manufacturing, customer service, and logistics operations to deliver best‑in‑class performance.
• Develop and execute supply chain strategies that support business growth, innovation, and cost efficiency.
• Drive cross‑functional collaboration to ensure seamless end‑to‑end supply chain execution.
• Identify and implement opportunities for operational improvement, digital transformation, and sustainability.
• Build and mentor high‑performing teams, nurturing talent and succession pipelines.

• Proven track record of transformational leadership in complex, matrixed environments.
• Experience leading large‑scale manufacturing, supply chain, or logistics operations (ideally in nutrition, food, or CPG sectors).
• Strategic thinker with a global mindset and strong business acumen.
