As the Senior Manager of Digital Marketing, you will lead the strategy and execution of our digital footprint, ensuring the Cooper’s Hawk experience is seamless and compelling across paid media, search, our website, and our mobile app. You will be the bridge between brand storytelling and measurable impact, partnering closely with Brand, CRM, Local, and Analytics teams to optimize the guest journey and scale our community of wine lovers.
This role is ideal for a seasoned digital marketing leader who thrives in a fast-paced hands‑on environment, possesses a deep understanding of full‑funnel digital strategy, and is passionate about the intersection of food, wine, technology, and culture.
- Lead the Digital Strategy:
Develop and execute an integrated digital marketing roadmap that supports brand awareness, guest traffic, and Wine Club acquisition. - Performance Marketing:
Manage and optimize budgets across Paid Social, SEM, Display, and Video to drive measurable ROI and lower CAC. - SEO & Discoverability:
Lead organic search strategy to ensure Cooper’s Hawk is a top destination for food and wine enthusiasts across all our markets. - Collaborative Innovation:
Partner with the Brand and Creative team to ensure digital assets are both brand‑elevated and performance‑optimized. - Data‑Driven Insights:
Work with the Analytics team to track, report, and act on KPIs, providing clear visibility into digital performance and guest behavior. - Agency Management:
Lead relationships with external digital agencies and technology partners to ensure high‑quality execution and strategic alignment. - Emerging Trends:
Stay ahead of the curve on digital trends, privacy changes (iOS, cookies), and platform updates to keep Cooper’s Hawk at the forefront of the industry.
- Must represent Cooper’s Hawk values
- 5+ years of experience in digital marketing, with a proven track record of managing complex, multi‑channel budgets.
- Experience in a leadership capacity, either in‑house or at a digital agency.
- Deep Platform Fluency:
Mastery of Meta Ads Manager, Google Ads, GA4, and SEO tools. - Analytical Mindset:
Exceptional ability to translate complex data into actionable insights and executive‑level storytelling. High level proficiency in analyzing data sets in Excel required. Ability to produce dashboards in Power BI or data mine in Databricks a plus. - Omnichannel Expertise:
Strong understanding of how digital media supports physical restaurant locations and subscription‑based models (Wine Club). - Hospitality or Premium Brand experience is highly preferred; an understanding of the luxury lifestyle space is a plus.
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Psychology, Business, or a related field.
