Role Overview

Work with the business and IT departments, providing leadership to identify and implement IT solutions that enable and support the business. This person will be involved at all stages of the development life cycle: initial analysis, implementation, integration, testing, debugging, and support.

Key Accountabilities

• Lead end‑to‑end analysis, design, development, and deployment of enterprise applications with a focus on supply chain, finance, and warehouse management systems.
• Convert functional business requirements into customized software applications used to support supply chain processes and collaborate with Oracle developers and analysts to troubleshoot technical defects and bug fixes to create scalable and robust global supply chain solutions.
• Develop, deploy, and implement ERP applications including defining business requirements, detailed process and system design, system configuration, gap analysis, business integration testing, data conversion, end‑user training, implementation rollout, and post‑implementation support utilizing Oracle R12 and later versions of Oracle.
• Full software development lifecycle for all aspects of Oracle including Oracle PL/SQL, packages, functions, triggers, ad‑hoc reports, dashboards, Oracle Forms, XML Publisher, APEX, and OIC.
• Coordinate with QA team during test cycle for bug fixes and enhancements, create and maintain technical documents.
• Provide ongoing production support after go‑live and participate in continuous project‑related activities.
• Build positive customer relationships to influence change and collaborate in defining and implementing IT solutions.
• Consult to customers and support systems to enable effective business processes.
• Work collaboratively and professionally in a team environment with other Elkay associates to achieve goals.
• Adopt Zurn Elkay Mission Statement and Quality Policy with enthusiasm.

Qualifications / Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a closely related field. Master’s degree strongly preferred.
• 7+ years experience working with Oracle ERP applications and technology tools including PL/SQL, Forms, Oracle Reports, OIC and APEX. OCI experience preferred.
• Strong communication (verbal and written) skills and ability to work with all levels of the organization.
• Must have ability to manage multiple medium‑to‑large projects and experience with project‑management tools.

Compensation and Benefits

Salary Range: $115,000 – $160,000
