** Job Description

Summary:

** We are seeking a Corporate Recruiter with demonstrated success leading full-cycle recruiting for corporate, operational, and commercial functions, including LTL transportation and Sales roles. The ideal candidate will serve as a strategic partner to hiring managers, advising on talent strategy and proactively building strong, diverse candidate pipelines.

This position is on-site in Downers Grove, Illinois, and is ideal for a recruiter who is execution-focused, data-driven, and comfortable supporting a fast-paced, results-oriented organization.

* Key Responsibilities:

**** Full-Cycle Recruiting
*** Manage the end-to-end recruiting process for assigned roles, including intake meetings, sourcing, screening, interviewing, offer preparation, and onboarding coordination.
* Support recruiting for LTL transportation roles, including Sales, Operations, and Corporate positions.
* Partner with hiring managers to clarify role requirements, performance expectations, and hiring timelines.
** Sourcing & Talent Pipelines
*** Proactively source candidates using Linked In Recruiter, Indeed, and other recruiting tools.
* Build and maintain pipelines for Sales and LTL-related talent, including account executives, sales leadership, and operational support roles.
* Provide market insights related to talent availability, compensation, and competitive hiring trends.
** Recruiting Systems & Data
*** Manage requisitions and candidate workflows in Workday Recruiting.
* Ensure accurate documentation, compliance, and data integrity within the ATS.
* Track and report recruiting metrics such as time-to-fill, source effectiveness, and hiring volume.
** Candidate & Hiring Manager Experience
*** Deliver a professional, consistent, and timely experience for candidates and hiring managers.
* Coordinate interviews, manage feedback, and guide selection decisions.
* Advise hiring managers on recruiting best practices and effective interview techniques.
** Compliance & Process Improvement
*** Ensure recruiting activities comply with employment laws and internal policies.
* Identify opportunities to improve recruiting workflows, tools, and hiring outcomes.
* Support employer branding and recruitment initiatives as needed.

* Job Requirements:

**** Required Qualifications
*** Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience.
* 3+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience.
* Hands-on experience with Workday Recruiting.
* Strong proficiency with Linked In Recruiter and Indeed.
* Experience recruiting for LTL transportation roles and Sales positions.
* Ability to manage multiple requisitions and competing priorities.
* Strong communication, organization, and stakeholder-management skills.
* Ability to work on-site in Downers Grove, IL.
** Preferred Qualifications
*** Experience recruiting within transportation, logistics, or LTL environments.
* Experience hiring Sales roles, including quota-carrying and revenue-generating positions.
* Familiarity with recruiting metrics and data-driven hiring decisions.
* Experience supporting multi-state or high-growth organizations.
