Addison Group is partnering with a manufacturing client seeking an experienced Corporate Recruiter to support increased hiring demand. This opportunity is ideal for a recruiter who can quickly step into a high-impact role, work closely with senior stakeholders, and contribute to a fast-moving talent acquisition environment. The position is a long-term contract with potential to convert to a permanent role.
Job Description:
The Corporate Recruiter will manage full-cycle recruitment for salaried corporate roles, with a primary focus on Finance and Accounting positions. This role requires strong sourcing capabilities, stakeholder partnership, and the ability to operate independently with minimal oversight.
Responsibilities- Manage a steady requisition workload of approximately 12–15 openings at a time
- Lead full-cycle recruiting efforts for salaried Finance and Accounting roles from individual contributor through director level
- Support additional hiring needs across corporate and operational functions, including Sales, Procurement, HR, Supply Chain, and Engineering, as needed
- Develop and execute effective sourcing strategies to attract qualified active and passive candidates
- Proactively build and maintain talent pipelines using direct outreach, networking, databases, and social platforms
- Partner closely with hiring managers to understand hiring needs and provide consultative guidance supported by market data
- Maintain accurate and timely updates within the applicant tracking system (currently Success Factors, transitioning to Workday)
- Coordinate interviews and communicate consistently with candidates throughout the hiring process
- Track recruiting activity and provide regular reporting on progress and outcomes
- Stay current on recruiting trends, tools, and best practices to continuously improve processes
- 5+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience in a corporate environment
- Strong experience recruiting salaried Finance and Accounting professionals
- Exposure to recruiting for additional corporate or operational roles is highly desirable
- Experience supporting leaders at the Director and Senior Director level
- Background in large, complex, or multi-entity organizations preferred
- Experience with ATS platforms;
Success Factors or Workday experience is a plus - Strong communication skills with an outgoing, professional, and consultative approach
