At Grace & Gratitude Counseling (Downers Grove, IL), we’re a women’s anxiety + trauma practice (#womensupportingwomen
) supporting women and teen girls with anxiety, trauma, perfectionism, anger, relationship patterns, motherhood stress, and the “never enough” spiral.

• Provide trauma-focused therapy with empathy and clinical excellence.
• Help clients develop coping strategies for anxiety, trauma, perfectionism, and relationship patterns.
• Maintain a flexible hybrid schedule with a curated caseload typically ranging from 15–25+ sessions per week.
• Collaborate with a warm, emotionally intelligent team and contribute to a supportive work culture.
• Engage in ongoing professional development and refine your niche (EMDR-trained, IFS-curious, trauma-savvy—share your style).
• Offer optional extra income opportunities (groups, workshops, intensives, trainings, content) as desired.

• Individual consultation/mentorship as needed (support is not a “figure it out” vibe here).
• Professional liability insurance.
• PTO accrues at 1 hour per 40 hours worked.
• Unlimited unpaid time off (when quarterly session quota is met).
• All systems provided: EHR, HIPAA-compliant email, text/phone app, and other tools needed to do the job.
• Admin support — billing is handled for you (yes, really).
• 401(k) with employer match: 100% match up to 3%, and 50% match on 3–5%.

• $50–$55 per clinical hour (based on experience) + $20/hr admin time.

• Short- + long-term disability once clocking 30 hrs/week.
• Health insurance with 50% paid by the employer once clocking 30 hrs/week.
