Venipuncture/Biometric Screener Wellness Worker‑North Central Region

Labcorp is a leading provider of biometric testing services, population health, and comprehensive workforce wellness strategies. This role provides testing services at events, including venipuncture blood draws, biometric screenings, and COVID‑19 testing.

Medical professionals are sought to provide testing services ff will assign themselves to local events via the scheduling system, receive pre‑event training on LES protocols, and be responsible for setup, execution, and breakdown while delivering exceptional customer service.

• Perform venipuncture blood draws
• Prepare collected specimens for testing and analysis
• Conduct participant biometric screenings, including blood pressure and body fat analysis
• Ensure participant information and all screening results are accurately captured
• Provide excellent customer service and maintain participant privacy at all times
• Perform administrative and clerical duties as necessary
• Perform all other duties and tasks as assigned

• Conduct participant biometric screenings, including fingerstick blood collection, blood pressure, BMI, and body fat analysis
• Perform COVID‑19 PCR testing, COVID‑19 point of care antigen testing, and temperature checks
• Ensure participant information and all screening results are accurately captured
• Provide excellent customer service and maintain participant privacy at all times
• Perform administrative and clerical duties as necessary
• Perform all other duties and tasks as assigned

• Medical credentials required (CPT, RN, LPN, etc.)
• Minimum of 1‑year experience performing venipuncture blood draws
• Minimum of 100 successful blood draws in the last 6 months required
• Proficient taking blood pressure
• Knowledge of HIPAA and OSHA
• Excellent customer service skills and ability to work in a fast‑paced environment
• Basic tablet and computer skills
• Must have a reliable form of transportation
• Must be willing and able to pass a criminal background check
• Must be at least 18 or older

• Medical credentials strongly preferred (CNA, MA, Phlebotomist, RN, LPN, etc.). Medical certification or license required in some states.
• Minimum of 1‑year experience working in a healthcare setting
• Must be proficient with performing fingerstick blood collection and taking blood pressure
• Experience with Cholestech LDX preferred
• Knowledge of HIPAA and OSHA
• Excellent customer service skills and ability to work in a fast‑paced environment
• Basic tablet and computer skills
• Must have a reliable form of transportation
• Must be willing and able to pass a criminal background check
• Must be at least 18 or older

$18 – $23 per hour

Employees scheduled to work 20+ hours per week are eligible for comprehensive benefits including Medical, Dental, Vision, Life, STD/LTD, 401(k), Paid Time Off (PTO) or Flexible Time Off (FTO), Tuition Reimbursement, and Employee Stock Purchase Plan. Employees scheduled to work less than 20 hours are eligible to participate in the 401(k) plan only.

Must be able to lift to 15 pounds at times.
