Responsibilities
Interpreting prints, drawings, and other data assets from VSG and vendors. Interface with business applications such as Oracle enterprise resource management and Synchrono manufacturing management to update information and assure the accuracy of data.Coordinate with key personnel to collect information and optimize timing of release and material usage.Coordinate manufacturing changes required by approved Change Order (CO) and Coordinate product changes required by approved Change Order (CO) and prepare bill of materials/special jobs. Copy, distribute and archive drawings and CO cover sheets.Coordinate updates to PIM database required by Product Changes, Error Corrections and Commercial needs as directed.Optimization to improve the accuracy and timeliness of releases is critical to this role.Must have Skills
Detail oriented and ability to follow a process to make many system entries for each product change.Good communication and interpersonal skills relative to initiating communication and interacting with multiple business disciplines to get answers.A self-starter who works well and gets results under general supervision. Ability to identify waste in a process and to develop innovative ways to eliminate the waste.Optimization to improve the accuracy and timeliness of releases is critical to this role.#J-18808-Ljbffr
