• Follow the Mass Quote Update process to identify and record products impacted by change, document Product Manager approval, and record the Mass Quote Update event.
• Identify and record cost or cost‑change information.
• Perform detailed analysis to ensure accuracy and identify gaps in existing processes.
• Maintain the Certificate of Insurance (COI) repository; review COIs for accuracy, request updates when needed, and distribute COIs to internal stakeholders.
• Perform other related duties as required or requested.

• College degree in related field or 5+ years of business experience.
• Broad chemical distribution company experience related to Procurement / Supply Chain Support, Sales Support, Analyst and Accounting.
• In‑depth knowledge of the Microsoft suite (Outlook, Excel) and strong knowledge of Univar systems (SAP, Business Warehouse, Tableau, Access, SharePoint, One Note).
• Advanced industry, product and supplier knowledge to ensure accuracy.
• Solid understanding of cost strategies and margin management; experience with product costing, units of measure conversions, supply chain strategies, and logistics terminology.
• Ability to work independently, manage priorities, and balance diverse workloads and deadlines; strong teamwork and collaboration.
• Clear understanding of interpreting price letters from multiple or alternative vendors.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English; ability to collaborate with internal and external teams.
• Forward‑looking, customer‑focused attitude with understanding of company and team initiatives.
• Ability to perform and coordinate a wide variety of complex administrative duties; strong problem solving and analytical skills.

This is a hybrid-based role that can report out of the following corporate offices:

• Downers Grove, IL
• The Woodlands, TX
• Dublin, OH

• The salary range is $50,000 - $60,000 and this role is eligible for incentive pay.
• The specific salary offered may be influenced by experience, education, certifications, qualifications, and work location.
