Description

Position Summary:

The Manager of Executive Office Operations provides comprehensive operational and analytical support to the CEO, CFO and CHRO. This role acts as a central connective point across Human Resources, Finance, Legal, Investor Relations, and Corporate Operations. The Manager of Executive Office Operations manages critical executive workflows, prepares board level materials, oversees cross functional projects, ensures accurate business reporting, and handles a wide array of high confidentiality tasks requiring exceptional judgment, precision, and discretion.

The ideal candidate is a proactive operator who thrives in a fast paced environment, can “see around corners,” and ensures the executive team is consistently prepared, informed, and supported.

Responsibilities
  • Provide senior level executive support to the CEO, CHRO, and CFO.
  • Support scheduling, complex calendar management, and coordination of meetings and events.
  • Manage expense reporting, travel coordination, and booking accommodations for investor related and board related travel.
  • Partner with executive assistants across the organization to ensure alignment and smooth operations.
  • Assist with confidential and sensitive scheduling items such as executive search or discreet interview coordination.
  • Oversee reconciliation and payment of benefit carrier bills and claims accounts.
  • Manage Director & Officer appointment updates and statutory filing requirements for legal entities.
  • Support treasury functions and intercompany loan documentation.
  • Maintain organizational charts and internal governance documentation.
  • Lead preparation of board decks, quarterly executive packets, and investor facing materials.
  • Build KPI dashboards and analytics for senior leadership review.
  • Support CSRD, sustainability, and corporate reporting initiatives.
  • Conduct SG&A cost analysis and identify opportunities for efficiency and cost optimization.
  • Perform detailed audit style cross checks and validations of documents and financials.
  • Assist with data gathering and strategic projects as assigned by executive leadership.
  • Prepare materials for investor calls and meetings with financial sponsors and other stakeholders.
  • Develop investor decks, strategic presentations, and executive communication materials.
  • Support outreach to customers for operational cash collection initiatives.
  • Manage EQUIP’D HR channel communications.
  • Lead development of Global CEO town hall presentations.
  • Support Duravant Leadership Development Program Logistics, cross functional coordination, and operational projects.
  • Coordinate quarterly Duravant Leadership deck development.
  • Provide structured support for ongoing and emerging executive priorities.

  • Skilled at gathering, structuring, and synthesizing data from multiple sources.
  • Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
  • 7–12+ years in executive operations, strategy, finance, HR operations, or similar cross functional roles.
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft 365, Power BI dashboards, and executive level PowerPoint.
  • Experience supporting C suite leaders, boards, or private equity stakeholders strongly preferred.
  • Strong financial literacy and governance awareness (treasury, intercompany docs, statutory filings, etc.).
  • Proven ability to thrive in a fast moving, high intensity environment.
