Property Accountant | Downers Grove, IL | Up to $85,000 + Bonus

A growing real estate investment firm is seeking a Property Accountant to manage accounting for a portfolio of properties. This is a hands-on role in a small, collaborative team with opportunities to influence process improvements and support multiple entities.

The Property Accountant Will

• Handle full-cycle accounting and month-end close for multiple properties
• Produce financial statements for assigned property portfolio
• Review AP work and approve journal entries
• Manage depreciation, accruals, and balance sheet reconciliations
• Collaborate with leadership on process improvements and financial insights

• 4+ years of full-cycle property accounting experience
• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
• Experience in property management or real estate accounting
